AGM Round-Up – A Positive Evening for the Club

On Friday 27th June, we gathered in the clubhouse with a real sense of pride in what’s been achieved over the past year. There was a great buzz in the room as members and supporters came through the door, and we had a good feeling from the get-go – this AGM was going to be a good one.

Seamus, our Secretary, kicked things off with some positive updates on how the club is progressing, both on and off the pitch. Then Podge, our Treasurer, shared some encouraging fundraising figures that show just how much support we’ve had from the community. It was a great reminder of what we can achieve when we all pull together.

The night also saw the election of our new committee. We welcomed some fresh faces into named roles, as well as a few new ordinary members. We’ll share a full update on the committee lineup once we’ve had our first meeting in the coming weeks.

A big thank you to everyone who came along and contributed to such a positive and productive evening. It’s clear that the club is in a strong place, and we’re really looking forward to the season ahead in 2025/2026.
